It’s a hard question but I think the hardest part was the Scythe due to its large size and details, and the fact that I had to sandpaper and sculpt a lot for 3 weeks with a material I never use. What was the most difficult part about this cosplay? I liked the design by ”Ayami Kojima” for the concept art of ”Lament of Innocence” so much that I wanted to make it real taking advantage my physique shape and materials that I had, and the fact that I had never made a video game cosplay before. The Death designs in various Castlevania games always caught my attention. I like most villains and more if they have mask, cape and scythe. What made you decide to cosplay Death from Castlevania? My favorites are the Nintendo Ds series, like ”Order of Ecclesia” and ”Portrait of Ruin”, because I was playing on my NDs and I took them everywhere. I played several titles of this saga and I enjoyed it. Are you a big Castlevania fan and, if so, what’s your favourite Castlevania game? So I’ve more than three and a half years on this. This was because cosplay involves what I love most: the visual and digital arts, photograph and acting, besides being able to embody your favorite character. Then in 2011 I attended my first convention thanks to a small group of friends there I saw people wearing suits and I wanted to do something like that with my own style the next year.
